Product description:Colorless liquid. Boiling point is 220ºC, soluble in ethanol and oils. It has a mild and powerful coumarin-like aroma with medicinal flavour, with coumarin and caramel-like taste.
Application
In the fragrance is often used as a coumarin modifier, such as lavender, incense and with rubber moss for moss sweetening agent in the fragrance. It is widely used in cream, honey, vanilla, caramel and fruit flavors and tobacco flavors.
