China Daily, October 8 (Reporter Zheng Xin) On October 8, the first China Petroleum and chemical Private economy high-quality development conference (hereinafter referred to as the petrochemical Private Conference) will be co-sponsored by the People's Government of Tianjin Binhai New Area and the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, held in Tianjin Binhai New Area from October 16 to 18.
Zhao Jungui, vice president and secretary-general of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, introduced the preparations for the petrochemical Private conference, and pointed out that according to the characteristics of the petrochemical industry's capital and technology intensive, long industrial chain, high manufacturing conditions and the reality of promoting the high-quality development of the industry, the petrochemical Private Conference will create a platform for cooperation and dialogue between large and small enterprises in the industry. We will promote the specialized and high-quality development of private enterprises.
Zhao Jungui said that for the first time, the conference will hold a high-level closed-door meeting on cooperation and exchange between central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the petrochemical industry, inviting 10 central energy and chemical enterprises, 10 local state-owned chemical enterprises and more than 10 representative private enterprises to carry out dialogue and exchange on the opportunities and challenges of establishing a new system of modern petrochemical industry.
During the conference, the development analysis report of individual champion enterprises and specialized new enterprises in the petrochemical industry will be released for the first time, guiding more private enterprises to take the specialized and specialized new development path. During the period, it will also hold for the first time the forum of directors of research institutes of the petrochemical industry and the cooperation and development Forum of central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the petrochemical industry, inviting central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises to announce cooperation projects and cooperation intentions, and carry out face-to-face exchanges to promote project docking and technical cooperation.
According to the information revealed at the conference, the private economy has become a veritable important front and new force in the petroleum and chemical industries. At present, the non-public economy has accounted for more than 60% of the total petrochemical industry in China, the number of private enterprises accounts for 90% of the enterprises above the scale of the industry, of which the number of private oil refining enterprises accounts for 60%, private oil refining and ethylene production capacity exceeds 30%, chemical downstream pesticides, fertilizers, coatings, dyes and other fine chemicals and tires and other products. Both the number and capacity of private enterprises are more than 80%, and the proportion of private enterprises in single champion demonstration enterprises and champion products is as high as 86%. The sales revenue of the top 100 private enterprises accounted for 28.08% of the operating income of the whole industry, and the profit accounted for 29.9%.
